The journey time depends on the distance between the airport and your destination, the traffic and other factors. In general, however, our transfers are completed within the stated times, taking traffic and weather conditions into account.

Our luggage policy generally allows a certain amount of luggage and hand luggage per passenger. You can let us know how much luggage you have when booking or when contacting our call centre. For extra or special luggage, please get in touch with us.

Our drivers are experienced professionals. Every driver must meet requirements such as a valid licence, experience and security checks. Our skilled drivers are carefully selected to ensure customer satisfaction and a safe journey.

Transfer prices include the airport service, passenger insurance and the driver's fee. Additional charges may apply for special requests during your journey (e.g. a child seat or an extra stop). We will inform you of all details about the transfer price when you book.

Use the booking management link in your confirmation email or on the thank-you page shown after booking: up to 12 hours before your transfer you can change your details and send a free cancellation request, which our team will then confirm. Your phone number and flight number can be updated via the same link until the pick-up time. If your transfer is less than 12 hours away, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

At the airport, a professional greeter will meet you at a designated point in the arrivals terminal or at a pre-arranged meeting point. The greeter will be waiting for you with a sign showing your name or our company logo.

You pay your driver in cash on the day of your transfer. There is no prepayment: we do not take online, card or bank transfer payments, and nothing is charged when you book.
